You should have the personality and skill set to seamlessly move from front of school to back of school team working. As one of our Receptionists, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and telephone callers, so strong interpersonal skills are essential. When not working on the Reception desk, you will be required to undertake administrative tasks within any of our administration departments: General Office, Data and Exams, Finance. You will also be part of the school’s First Aid team (training will be given if required).
You will have good written, oral and mathematical skills and be a confident user of the range of Microsoft Office packages. You will also be flexible, well-organised, accurate and able to work under pressure. Experience in a school environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
