Would you relish the chance to work in a brand new two-year-old setting? We are looking for experienced, committed, motivated and engaging practitioners to join a new team in developing a stimulating environment and inspire successful young learners.
We will need you to be proactive in supporting the establishment of a successful setting, developing your own practice and building positive relationships with families and your team. You must be self-aware, reflective and keen to improve your practice, reliable and able to work as part of a team as well as showing initiative to complete tasks alone. We want your passion and creative ideas to capture the imagination of a range of young pupils and their carers. You will become part of EYFS team here at Frith Manor where we believe in developing confident, curious, flexible, eager and independent learners through a mixture of adult planning and child- led experiences indoors and outside. At Frith our aim is to nurture, inspire and challenge and our values are friendship, resilience, independence teamwork and honesty.
We require early years practitioners with at least two years’ experience with high expectations and aspirations, committed to achieving the best outcomes for all pupils. We expect a comprehensive understanding of the revised EYFS curriculum along with experience of planning, evaluating and reporting and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. It would be desirable if you have experience of using Tapestry and carrying out 2 year tests.
